Trinity Exteriors Has Been Acquired by Aligned Exteriors Group

Tamarack Partners advised Trinity Exteriors—a residential exterior renovation company—on its sale to Aligned Exteriors Group, a portfolio company of River Sea Network and Pearl Street Capital Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Trinity Exteriors, based in Minneapolis, MN, provides roofing and exterior renovation services to residential customers located primarily in the greater Minneapolis metro. The Company was founded in 2007 by Ted Swanson.

Aligned Exteriors Group (“AEG”) is a home services platform with a focus on residential roofing and other exterior services. AEG is a portfolio company of River Sea Network and Pearl Street Capital Partners and was formed in 2024.
