Fabrico Has Been Acquired by Design Ready Controls

Tamarack Partners advised Fabrico, Inc., a Minnesota-based metal fabrication company, on its sale to Design Ready Controls. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded by Dan Lewis in 1981, Fabrico is a respected metal fabrication company that manufactures high-quality precision components for a diverse customer base across a variety of end markets. As part of the acquisition, Fabrico will operate as part of Design Ready Controls’ metal fabrication division.

Design Ready Controls is a manufacturing company that builds electrical control panels and wire harnesses for original equipment manufacturers across a broad range of industries. The Company is headquartered in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
